We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts, drive brand awareness, and expand our reach in the e-learning and online assessment industries.

Role Overview

As the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with Cognisense’s mission and business objectives. You will lead brand positioning, digital marketing, content strategy, and demand generation initiatives, ensuring Cognisense remains at the forefront of innovation in the online learning space.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement data-driven marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Brand Development: Strengthen Cognisense’s brand identity and messaging to differentiate us in the competitive e-learning and assessment industry.
Content & Digital Marketing: Oversee the creation of compelling content, including blogs, whitepapers, social media, and email campaigns, to engage our target audience.
Demand Generation & Lead Nurturing: Design and optimize campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention through SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing channels.
Partnership & Community Engagement: Build strategic partnerships, collaborate with influencers, and manage relationships with key stakeholders in the online education space.
Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, conduct market research, and leverage insights to inform marketing strategies.
Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and use analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness, optimizing strategies for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing leadership, preferably in the e-learning, online education, or technology sector
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies, driving brand awareness and revenue growth.
Strong digital marketing expertise, including SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and email automation.
Experience in B2B marketing, lead generation, and working with SaaS or ed-tech companies.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging.
Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and performance tracking tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with growth marketing and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
Familiarity with LMS platforms, online assessments, or compliance-based learning solutions.
Background in public relations (PR) and thought leadership marketing.

We are seeking an experienced professional from the online proctoring industry to assess proctoring solutions, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

Role Overview

As an Online Proctoring Industry Expert – Solutions Evaluator, you will conduct in-depth reviews of various proctoring solutions, analyzing their functionality, compliance, security, user experience, and effectiveness. Your insights will directly inform strategic recommendations for enhancements and optimizations in proctoring technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate Proctoring Solutions: Conduct detailed assessments of online proctoring platforms, identifying their strengths, weaknesses, and potential vulnerabilities.
Identify Compliance & Security Gaps: Analyze solutions for adherence to industry regulations, privacy standards, and exam security best practices.
Assess User Experience: Examine the usability of proctoring platforms for test-takers, instructors, and administrators, providing feedback on accessibility and ease of use.
Performance & Technology Review: Examine AI, automation, and human proctoring elements, highlighting areas for enhancement.Provide Strategic Recommendations: Deliver well-structured reports outlining improvement opportunities for proctoring solutions, backed by industry knowledge and research.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in the online proctoring industry (e.g., working with or evaluating proctoring solutions, regulatory compliance, or AI-driven monitoring systems).
In-depth understanding of online assessment security, privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, FERPA), and exam integrity principles.
Experience assessing or developing online proctoring tools, including AI-driven and human-monitored solutions.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to provide data-driven recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of delivering clear and actionable reports.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), test delivery platforms, and authentication technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with multiple online proctoring providers and their methodologies.
Background in compliance, cybersecurity, or digital forensics related to online assessments.
Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, or ANSI.
